Why Use Anti-Colic Bottles

It is now secret that colic is a dread phase or part of parenthood. We learned about it in prenatal class back in 2017 before my eldest son Lucas was born. They call it “Purple Crying”. I will also never forget my mother in law telling me about the nights when she would be pacing the hall, bouncing Spencer, rocking him trying to ease his colic. “He was a very colicky baby, I would cry all night”. 5 ways to ease a colicky baby

A colicky little one maybe every mom's worst nightmare. My mother in law would tell me stories about how my husband when he was a infant she would walk around with him for hours as he cried because he was so colicky and she didn’t know what to do. I always prayed my kids wouldn’t be colicky. I know that being a sleep deprived parent, our emotions can run ramped and rather than have tempers flaring and frustration gets out of hand, it is important to understand what causes colic.

Newton Baby

Before Lucas was born I had the pleasure of working with Newton baby on reviewing their crib mattress. That being said, over the last 12 months Lucas has been sleeping in his crib since he was 5 weeks old. I felt comfortable putting him in his own crib because of how breathable the mattress is and how SAFE this mattress is!
