Why Use Anti-Colic Bottles

It is now secret that colic is a dread phase or part of parenthood. We learned about it in prenatal class back in 2017 before my eldest son Lucas was born. They call it “Purple Crying”. I will also never forget my mother in law telling me about the nights when she would be pacing the hall, bouncing Spencer, rocking him trying to ease his colic. “He was a very colicky baby, I would cry all night”. You could say that worried me a little bit.

Soothie Snuggler - A BABY'S BEST FRIEND

When my son Grayson was born on August 9th, 2019 he wasn’t a natural thumb sucker like my son Lucas was. I quickly turned to our stash of Philips Avent Soothers, including the soothie snuggle. 100 nights with Endy.

When we moved, we ended up staying in our guest bedroom using our old bed until we painted our master bedroom and did the little reno’s that were needed with wiring & whatnot. We couldn’t wait for our new mattress from Endy to come in! Since the mattress, sheets and pillows were gifted we ordered a new bed frame from Endy along with the mattress protector to feel complete! We also got our son a twin-sized bed frame. It is the easiest to set up! Just like the instructions say. Ten minutes or less.

Why Philips Avent Bottles Is His Go-To Bottle

Lucas has been bottle fed ever since he was 8 weeks old because my nursing journey ended too soon against my will. It wasn’t working out for us unfortunately. However, I chose to exclusively pump for my son and we had a long journey of 18 months! I was dedicated. We tried one formula and it was a few sips and I knew it wasn’t going to work out. I wanted Lucas to have my milk for as long as possible and that meant committing to my son’s health by taking my nutrients. We are a plant-based family so for Lucas to have milk up until he is two years old is vital, however thankfully we have a beauty plant-based option available so he has that daily since we stopped our breastmilk journey.
